By accessing and using The Holistic Mentor website and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

Description of Services

The Holistic Mentor provides:

• Coaching and guidance services related to business, wellness, and personal development
• Digital products, courses, and educational materials
• Oracle readings and energy clearing sessions
• Vedic astrology guidance through our Ritmo platform
• Community access and group experiences
• Personalized journal and coaching tools
• Live and recorded webinars and retreats

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to provide high-quality services, specific results are not guaranteed and outcomes vary by individual.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payment must be received before services are delivered (except where specified otherwise)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Refunds

• Digital products and courses are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded
• For session-based services (readings, coaching), refunds may be issued if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session
• Memberships are recurring and can be cancelled anytime; no refunds will be issued for the current billing period
• Special events and retreats have specific cancellation policies provided at purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@theholisticmentor.com within 30 days of purchase

Intellectual Property

All content on The Holistic Mentor website and in our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of The Holistic Mentor or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute any content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Share access credentials or paid content with others

Unauthorized use of The Holistic Mentor intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
