I built a real estate career in LA during the 2008 crash when half the industry walked away. Closed millions in real estate production, built a brokerage, and a life that on the outside looking in looked amazing. Until it wasn't.

I had no idea who I was underneath the work.

The truth is I was carrying a deep wound. One that pushed me to excel and kept me repeating the same patterns at the same time. This is what trauma looks like. And it looks different for everyone.

That wound followed me into every relationship and every boardroom I ever walked into. I just kept building over it instead of looking at it.

In 2022 I bought a one way ticket to Mexico City. No plan. Just a knowing that something had to change. I jumped on a bus and started moving. Querétaro. Oaxaca where I stayed four months because I wasn't ready to leave. Puerto Escondido. Chiapas. Bacalar. Tulum almost a year later. Little did I know this was my becoming.

Flew back to LA. Sold everything. And drove back alone. Eleven days. Just me and the road and everything I'd been carrying. And this is when my new life began.

Along the way I went deep. Plant medicine in Peru and Mexico. Ceremony. Adventure. Shadow work. Nervous system regulation. Ayurveda. Reiki. Tarot and astrology as genuine tools for understanding myself.

I sat in circles. I facilitated retreats. I did the kind of work that doesn't fit on a resume but changes everything underneath it.

What I found on the other side became Emotional Alchemy.

The embodied process of turning survival patterns into real strength. Real clarity. Real decisions. The process of finally stopping the abandonment of yourself so you can lead your life from security instead of survival.

I know this work because I lived it. Every single part of it.
